Jacob Golding

Jacob earned his Masters in Chemistry at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh; born in Carlisle, he has also lived in Annan. His PhD will concentrate on in-situ MRI imaging of plastic degradation. Sustainability has been a theme of his research to date: at Heriot-Watt’s Research Centre for Carbon Solutions, he worked on a project involving biomass gasification, ultimately aimed at producing a more environmentally friendly source of jet fuel.
